Welcome to the site, and thank you for considering an order with us.
First we would like to make clear that we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the commercial print establishment advises that our download is not of satisfactory quality to make your print or canvas, we will refund you, without delay.
All we ask is that, before you purchase, you should check the image on a monitor that is at least 15", so that you can determine the image appears suitable in the first place. If a commercial print company then says it's not good enough, please give us their name/location/contact, and we will refund you.
Obviously, we trust you'll be happy with our images and any prints made from them. Please provide feedback of your success stories, so we can guide others.
All images on the site are typically uploaded at a resolution of 1920x1080, which is 'Full HD'. There are larger resolutions that exist, but the file size becomes unmanageable, so we have standardised our output.
The website software optimises the image size that you see on screen, depending on your device. Using a larger screen guarantees that you will see the full-resolution image before purchase.
When you purchase, you will receive an immediate download of the full-resolution image, without the obscuring watermark. All images retain a small, discrete watermark in the lower corner which may not be visible after printing. Some images will have (invisible) digital watermarks to prevent commercial misappropriation.
By purchasing an image from us you receive the non-exclusive personal-use rights to an image. This typically permits you to print the image, or to display the full-resolution image in a private gallery. You are not permitted to re-sell the image or sell prints, but prints may be gifted for non-commercial purposes.
You will not receive a formal written license for any personal-use purchase.
If you would prefer not to pay for a personal-use license, then lower resolution images can be downloaded without charge for personal use, such as social media or storing on personal devices. These images are currently only available at a resolution of 480x270, but we are working to increase this to 640x360.
If you wish to purchase the rights to more than one image, the following discounts will apply:
Three images, 10%
Ten images, 20%
